1. Services Provided

FL-GA Home Inspections offers residential and light commercial inspection services, including:

  • Pre-purchase inspections

  • Four-point inspections

  • Wind mitigation inspections

  • Pre-remodel evaluations

  • Drone roof and crawl space inspections

  • Short-term rental (Airbnb) inspections

All inspections are conducted by a licensed inspector (HI10643) and are intended to provide a visual evaluation of readily accessible components at the time of inspection.


2. Limitations of Inspections

  • Our inspections are non-invasive and limited to what is visually accessible. We do not dismantle systems, move personal property, or perform destructive testing.

  • Inspections are not guarantees or warranties against future issues. They represent the condition of the property only at the time of inspection.

  • Specialized inspections (e.g., mold, asbestos, pests, structural engineering) are not included unless specifically contracted.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection.

  • Clients must provide accurate property information when scheduling.

  • Payment for inspection services is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of the inspection.


4. Liability Disclaimer

  • FL-GA Home Inspections is not liable for hidden defects, future failures, or issues not reasonably detectable during a visual inspection.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection fee paid.

  • Clients should consult licensed specialists (e.g., electricians, plumbers, engineers) for further evaluation of any concerns noted in the inspection report.


5. Use of Website

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of FL-GA Home Inspections and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  • The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.


6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule an inspection by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations may result in a fee.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the State of Georgia, depending on the service location.
